Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the quality item, you may return your items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in new condition.
To return an item, please follow these steps:

to request a return authorization number (RMA) and the return instructions..
- Once you have received an RMA, and delivery information please package your items securely and ship them to the address given to you:

- Please include your RMA number and a copy of your order confirmation in your package.
- Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- We cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns on items that are past the 14-day return window.
- For customized items, refund is not acceptable except for quality problem.
